Venus: The Fibonacci Sequence
A film by Jamie Ruddy
The Story — The Birth of Venus
Venus: The Fibonacci Sequence is a very special project supported by two people with long histories in the world of film. Combining years of industry learnings and connections, we have chosen a story we are passionate about that also happens to be in the most successful genre. Venus is a supernatural horror film centered around a pregnancy, where an ornery Mother Nature adds a little extra parentage to the unusual conception.
We are making the film in North Carolina where the locations, brands, and products reflect the state in which it is filmed. This leads us into a cutting edge marketing campaign that will start in North Carolina and build globally. Our writer/director has a background in immersive marketing which puts us in the unique position to have the creative intertwine seamlessly between the film and the marketing campaign.
This film is shooting in Chapel Hill, Durham, and Hillsborough in September of 2025. Talented cast and crew from places like Los Angeles, New York, and London are coming to town in order to be a part of this unique project. People in our community have already gotten involved in order to bring this film to life.
We need your to help make the magic happen!
